Rabbi Yehuda Mandelcorn zt"l
Introduction
For nearly a decade, Rabbi Yehuda Mandelcorn, zt"l served as Yeshivat Neveh Zion's Director of Education, leaving an everlasting impact upon the lives of hundreds of young men as they entered adulthood. Rabbi Mandelcorn's untimely and sudden death at the age of 45 in 1993 left a gaping void in the lives of many of his pupils who considered him to be like a father.
Rabbi Mandelcorn moved to Israel and joined the Neveh faculty in 1984 after serving as a teach of Limudei Kodesh at the Torah Academy of Baltimore. He brought with him a unique approach to teaching Torah at Neveh and developed a fervent connection to his pupils within their own personal living environment.
